WILMOT – George S. Gregorich, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2017.

Born on July 24, 1948 in Charleston, WV to the late George O. and Bernese (Butcher) Gregorich, he was a resident of Southwest Stark County since 1981, previously of Dalton.  George retired from JLG in New Philadelphia, and had previously worked with Westinghouse/Emerson in Orrville for 27 years.  He enjoyed collecting coins, gardening, and spending time in his “pub” reading, playing darts, and listening to his shortwave radio. George was extremely proud of his children and grandchildren and loved them all very much.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 41 years, Kathy (Shinn); children, Mark Gregorich of Navarre, Sarah (Chris) Curtis of Dalton, Bryan (Kelly) Gregorich of Navarre; grandchildren, Ryan and Dylan Gregorich, Hannah and Ethan Farnsworth, Bryce, Blake and Keira Gregorich; brother, Rick (Carol) Gregorich of Dalton; sister, Jo Gregorich of Smithville; nephew, Travis Gregorich; special aunts, Mary Gregorich and Judy Hart (John Coulter); other family and friends.

Friends may call on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 29 E.
