DALTON – Sherry I. Frigley, age 78, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2017.

Born on November 7, 1938 in Navarre to the late Everett L. Sr. and Pearl B. (Justice) Doutt, she was a resident of Dalton for 45 years, previously of Massillon. Sherry retired from Fleming Foods after 40 years of service and volunteered at the former Tri-County Animal Shelter and Meadow Winds.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Lintern; second husband, James Frigley; sister, Lana Brediger; Sherry is survived by her step daughters, Linda (Dale) Rockstroch of Canton, Rita Quinn of East Canton, Kathryn (Jay) Shaffer of Louisville; six step grandchildren; many step great-grandchildren; brother, Everett L. Jr. (Helen) Doutt of PA; special feline companion, Baxter.

Private graveside service will be held by the family at Dalton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local Humane Society.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
