Our Founder
Forrest "Fory" and Achia "Axie" Frase owned the funeral home as F.A. Frase Funeral Home from 1929 to 1944. They sold the funeral home to Lawrence Mill in 1944 and he was the owner until 1949 when he sold it to Lester and Jessie Monbarren.

Our Beginnings
Lester and Jessie Monbarren owned and operated the funeral home as Monbarren Funeral Home from 1949 to 1972.
Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home
In 1972 their son and wife, David and Agnes (Petit) Monbarren took over the business and owned and operated it until 1995, when they sold the funeral home to Frank and Mimi Zak.
