Carol J. Bachman

LEWIS CENTER, OH – Carol J. Bachman, age 80, passed away on October 24, 2019 at her home.

Born on December 3, 1938 in Barberton, OH to the late Ray and Ferne (Musser) Zody, she had been a resident of Lewis Center for the past eight months and had previously resided in Doylestown, Orrville, Strongsville, and Wooster.  Carol had retired from Magnolia Health Care Center as an RN and Director of Nursing after many years of service.

Preceded in death by her husband, Elwin in 2012; granddaughter, Jessica Marie, she is survived by her children, Kevin (Meredith) Bachman of TN, Keith (Lindsay) Bachman of Green, Karl (Stephanie) Bachman of Lewis Center, Kim Bachman of Mansfield, Kriss (Steve) Graf of TN, Kirt (Stacy) Bachman of Wooster; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Kay (Walter) Villers of Doylestown; brother, Fred (Lynda) Zody of Orrville.

Family will place Carol at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Doylestown, OH on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10 a.m. No formal services or calling hours will be held per Carol’s request.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
