Dana M. Busson

DOYLESTOWN – Dana M. Busson, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2019.

Born on September 26, 1963 in Dayton, OH, she was a life resident of Doylestown.  Dana was employed at Dutt Enterprises Inc. for 12 years, and was a volunteer at Cleveland Clinic/Akron General Hospice of Visiting Nurse. She had many passions in life that included traveling, cooking, and working in her garden. She truly savored each and every one of life’s moments. She effortlessly brought joy, comfort, encouragement and lots of laughter to everyone who knew her. She was a dedicated mother, wife, friend and a caregiver to all.

Preceded in death by her mother, Ramona “Mona” Durbin; father and mother in-law, William and Viola Busson, she is survived by her husband of 34 years, Gerald “Jerry”; sons, Blake (Megan) of Doylestown, Brock (fiancé, Zeynep) of Omaha, NE, Jordan of Chicago, IL, Gerald “Jed” of Doylestown, Colby (Kelsey) of Wadsworth, Travis of Doylestown; a grandchild on the way; father, Denny Durbin (Irene Rohrer) of Doylestown; brothers, Pat Durbin of Canal Winchester, Chris (Tiffany) Durbin of Doylestown; numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, with Deacon Dale Youngblood, officiating.  Burial will take place at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.  Calling hours will be Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Doylestown Garden Club.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
