Rebecca S. Deeser

DOYLESTOWN – Rebecca S. Deeser (nee, Sleeth), age 71, passed away on January 7, 2019.

Born on August 25, 1947 in Akron to the late Echols “Bud” and Jackie (Kerby) Sleeth, she was a resident of Doylestown since 1967.  Rebecca was retired from Akron Metropolitan Housing and was an avid pet lover.

Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert E. Sleeth; she is survived by her husband of 25 years, David; step children, Michelle (Dave) Starling of Wadsworth, Robert S. Deeser of Doylestown, Jennifer (Chris) Hunt of Orrville; 5 step grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (Terry) Lindeman of Doylestown, Sandy (Bill) Adams of East Bourne, England; nephews, T.J. Lindeman (Elizabeth Broome) Beau (Heather) Lindeman; special friends, Sandy and Buddy Herring; other family and friends.

Private services will be held by the family with inurnment at Lakewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Rebecca’s name to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1161 Mechanicsburg Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
