So sorry to hear of Rich's passing. He and I worked together at Lehman's for a few years at Christmas time. He was such a joy to work with and He always had a smile on his face and would help in any way I asked. The first year we worked together, when the work season had ended, he actually shed a few tears that he would miss seeing us all. Such a wonderful person, inside and out. I will remember him fondly.
