DOYLESTOWN – William A. Paridon, age 90, passed away on May 23, 2019.
Born on September 2, 1928 in Doylestown to the late George and Ethel Marie (Homan) Paridon, he was a resident of Doylestown since 2010, previously of St. Louis, MO for 46 years. Bill was employed at McDonell-Douglas for 10 years, retiring from Centrifugal & Mechanical Industries Inc. (CMI). A veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict, he was a member of the Doylestown American Legion Post #407, Knights of Columbus Council #3410. He was also a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the Catholic Order of Foresters #1416. Bill loved to travel and enjoyed camping with his family.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nellie; son, Duane; brothers, Ralph and Regis Paridon; sisters, Doris Stockwell and Marie A. “Toni” Saeger; he is survived by his brothers, Dave (Janet), Don (Velda) all of Doylestown, Robert of Florida; sisters, Janet Wheeler and Eileen (Bill) Morgan all of Doylestown, Carol Gawthrop of Wadsworth; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 161 W. Clinton Rd., Doylestown with Fr. Robert Stein, Celebrant. Burial with military honors will take place at church cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown.
