William "Billy" Thomas

BARBERTON – William C. “Billy” Thomas, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on November 6, 2018.

Born on March 7, 1958 in Wadsworth to William T. and Lavina (Lower) Thomas, he was a long-time resident of Barberton.  Billy was a laborer out of Local #310 in Cleveland and was a jack of all trades, able to fix anything.  He was always willing to help anyone who needed it.

Preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James and John Maybury; he is survived by his wife of 21 years, Donna; step-children, Shawn Norman and Michael (Eva) Norman all of Barberton; grandchildren, Jarod, Jaden, Dylan, Deanna, Christian, Caleb, Matthew and baby Max; brother, Elton “Rick” Maybury of Rio Ranch, NM; sister, Linda (James) Brown of Wadsworth; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
