A. Dwight Davis

WOOSTER – A. Dwight Davis, age 68, passed away on December 12, 2022.

Born on June 10, 1954 in Bryson City, NC, he was a resident of Wooster for 40 years.  Dwight worked as a mechanic and was previously employed by the Gerstenslager Co. (ArtiFlex) in Wooster for many years.  He enjoyed being outdoors with a love for fishing and hunting.

Preceded in death by his father, Dennis; sister, Darlene Ledbetter; brother, Bruce Wayne (Carole) Davis; nephew, Josh “Buddha” Davis, he leaves behind his mother, Amanda Davis; brother, C. Douglas Davis both of Doylestown; nieces, Dawn (Jason) Casto, Julie Perry-Ledbetter; nephew, Tom Ledbetter; great nieces and nephews, other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, OH, 44230.  Burial will take place at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Doylestown.  Calling hours will be one hour prior to service time.
