MARSHALLVILLE, OH – Albert H. Olzinger, age 88, passed away on December 28, 2025.
Born on July 7, 1937 in Conway, PA to the late Albert and Lucille (Meder) Olzinger, he was a graduate of Ambridge High School and then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in chemical engineering. His career spanned many years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber from which he retired in 1999 as a director of polymer processes. His true passion was cooking and being able to make that trip to the grocery store for supplies, all while looking for a bargain.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Constance in 2006, and sister-in-law, Grace Olzinger. Al is survived by his son, Christopher Olzinger of Marshallville, OH; daughter, Lorelei (James) Olzinger-Nelson of Bath, OH; brothers, Bill Olzinger of Beaver Falls, PA, John (Rose) Olzinger of Stow, OH; other family and friends.
