Benjamin "Ben" Toris

DOYLESTOWN – Benjamin “Ben” Toris, age 83, passed away on June 28, 2024.

Born in Akron, OH on May 5, 1941 to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Boss) Toris, he was a resident of Doylestown for 23 years, previously of Norton.  Ben retired from Wadsworth Ford after many years in the body shop.  He loved playing cards, pool, cars, and racing which led him to be an aspiring race car driver in his earlier years.  He was also considered a jack of all trades by his family and friends with his ability to fix anything.

Preceded in death by his first wife Gloria; daughters, Cindy J. Jett, Tracy D. Toris; sister, Irene Scott; brother, Steve Toris, he is survived by his wife of 27 years, Landy; son, Ben (Amy) Toris of Doylestown; step sons, Shane (Arielle) Frazier of Mogadore, Mike (Cindy) of Cuyahoga Falls, Jim (Stephanie) Frazier of Kent, Joe (Andrea) Frazier of Jackson Twp., Rick Frazier of Ellett; grandchildren, Nikki (Jordan) Wood, Mikki (Chris) Richmond, Kenni Lee Jett, Cearra Clevidence, Gabriella Popeko; 14 step grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and one on the way; 2 step great grandchildren; brother, David Toris of Cuyahoga Falls; sisters, Betty (Jim) Shaw of Monroe Falls, Kathy (Bob) Hudson of Copley; son-in-law, Ken Jett of Doylestown; other family and friends.
