Beverly D. Edgerton

 DALTON – Beverly Dee Edgerton, 89, a resident of Dalton, passed away on June 23, 2020 at the LifeCare Hospice Inpatient Unit in Wooster, Ohio, following a fall in her home.

She was born on September 20, 1930 to Evelyn (Goodman) and Gregory Stowell in Massillon, Ohio. She married Richard “Dick” Edgerton on June 18, 1949. He preceded her in death in 2012. She is survived by her children, Michael Edgerton (Colleen) and Robin McFarren (Mike); grandchildren, Eric (Kim), Phil (Jenny), Zach (Shelly) and Jael; great-grandchildren, Tony, Mario, Tyler, Nicholas, Keller, Scout, Brady, Emersyn, Fallon and Rorick.

The family is grateful to her special friends, Joyce Combs and Sheryl Weaver, and the many Hospice workers who cared for her so patiently and well. Thank you, also, to the Dalton Meals on Wheel volunteers who made each visit special for Bev.

Bev and Dick will be interred at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio, at a future date. There will be no calling hours.
