DOYLESTOWN – Ciera N. Hooser, age 22, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2022.
Born on July 28, 2000 in Barberton, she was a resident of Doylestown for the past 9 years. A 2018 graduate of Chippewa High School, Ciera had attended the Wayne County Career Center where she trained as a welder and had also attended Brunswick Schools for elementary and Jr. High. She had been employed by Wal-Mart, Hodges Café, and was currently with Bush Concessions. Ciera loved spending time with her cats.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Sandy Hooser, she is survived by her father, Jeff Hooser of Norton; mother, Melissa Buckshaw of Barberton and previously of North Fort Myers, FL; grandparents, Michael and Sharon Keenan; great grandparents, Charles and Jeanne Keenan; uncles, Brian (Amy) Hooser, William (Patty) Keenan, Matthew (Jessica) Keenan; cousins, Brian Jr, Karen, Emilee, Jacob, Marie & Abby; God-Daughters, Jaycee, Jadelyn, and Delilah; longtime boyfriend and best friend, Ralph Busson Jr.; other family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Barberton, 636 W. Park Ave., Barberton, OH, 44203 with Pastor Rich Lapehn, officiating. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until time of service. A celebration of Ciera’s life will immediately follow at the Barberton Civitan Club, 44 10th St. S.W., Barberton, OH, 44203.
