Dale "Wally" T. Bieri

BARBERTON - Dale “Wally” Bieri, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on December 12, 2025.

Born May 27, 1944, in Easton to Kent and Mary Bieri, he was a graduate of Chippewa High School and proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1964–1967 during the Vietnam era. He retired from Reiter Dairy after 25 years of committed work.

Dale was an avid golfer and fisherman who loved being outdoors. He also enjoyed a good workout (or three) every day, often joking that he was “working out for days ahead.”

He will be deeply missed by his beloved family, yet they rejoice in the comforting knowledge that he is now in the presence of our Savior, with both a healed body and mind.

Preceded in death by his parents and siblings Raymond Bieri, Donna Dean, James Bieri, Robert Bieri, Joan Perry, and Janice Snelgrove, he is survived by his children, Steven (Tammi) Bieri and Stephanie (Jesse) Morek; grandchildren, Ashley (Adam), Elizabeth (John) , Brittney (Tyler), and Ethan; and great-grandchildren, Piper, Madden, Emmett, and Eli.

He is also survived by his siblings, Barbara Ryneer, Patricia Bieri, Judy Bieri, and Richard (Kathy) Bieri, along with several nieces and nephews.

Inurnment with military honors will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:15 a.m. at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH, 44273, with Pastor Coach Kemp Boyd officiating.  The family will receive guests and continue to share memories of Dale from 4 to 6 p.m. that afternoon at 3003 Bancroft Rd., Fairlawn, OH, 44333.  In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to reach out to a loved one and share your love.
