DALTON - Dallas Ray Falb, age 77, passed away on May 12, 2025.
Born in Wooster, OH on September 26, 1947 to the late Warren and Pauline Marcella (Purdy) Falb, he was a life resident of Dalton and graduate of Central Christian High School. He retired from Akron Brass in Wooster after 30 years of service, previously working for Schantz Organ in Orrville. Dallas was a member and co-founder of Bible Truth Ministries of Ohio, and he created the sign for the church. A past member of Orrville Railroad Heritage Society, he loved trains. Dallas restored clocks and was a machinist who enjoyed tinkering. He loved bird watching and his Dodge Ram pickup truck. He was a diehard fan of the Cleveland Guardians and Browns. Dallas adored his family and will be remembered as the best dad, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia Lou Falb; grandson, Aaron Meager; great-granddaughters, Annabell, Marie, and Harlina; brother, Mel Falb; and sister, Carolyn Kloha. Dallas is survived by his children, Lisa (Don) Meager and Dallas W. (Missy) Falb, both of Dalton; grandchildren, Marjorie (Ben) Boudinot, Donnie Ray Meager, and Dallas J. Falb; great-granddaughter, Alicia Boudinot; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A celebration of Dallas’ life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Dalton United Methodist Church, 204 W. Main St., Dalton, OH 44618 with his son-in-law, Pastor Don Meager officiating. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
