Darlene K. Adams

DOYLESTOWN – Darlene K. Adams, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2022.

Born on January 29, 1963 in Conneaut, OH, she was one of 15 children born to the late Maurice and Virginia (Brundage) Bort.  A resident of Doylestown for four years, previously of North Carolina, Darlene was employed by the Wayne-Dalton Door Company.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Andrew, and Jeffrey M. Bort; sister, Doreen M. Matthews; sisters-in-law, Lydia and Dawn Bort.  She is survived by her daughter, Heather Jo Adams of Connecticut; 3 grandchildren; brothers, Dale (Marge), Lyle, Dave (Mindi), Bill, Phil (Paul), Ed (Dora), Bruce, Doug (Melissa), and Greg Bort; sisters, Eileen St. John, Lynnette Bort; numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, other family and friends.
