Obituary

DOYLESTOWN – David E. Christian, age 64, passed away on June 21, 2022.

Born on July 9, 1957 in Iaeger, WV, Dave was a resident of Doylestown for the past 20 years. He retired from the City of Cleveland Police Department as a patrol officer in District 4. Dave attended Crossroads Community Church and was a lover of animals, music (particularly Motown and Rock), and all movies (especially “Back to the Future”).

Dave was a devoted son and brother and was lovingly called “Unc” by his nieces and nephews. He quickly earned the love and respect of all those he met. Anyone who knew Dave would describe him as a warm, loving and caring person who met the world with a big smile on his face.

Preceded in death by his father, Hobert, Dave is survived by his loving mother, Mary; sisters, Sandra (Dennis) Latham, and Brenda Christian; nieces, Heather (James) McQuown, Laura (Michael) Hudock, Hannah Christian; nephews, Aaron (Catherine) Brown, and David Ingram; other family and friends.

Private family services with interment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery will be held by the family.  Memorials in memory of David may be made to your local animal shelter.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
