DOYLESTOWN - David P. Dannemiller, age 85, passed away on August 3, 2021.
Born on October 6, 1935 to the late Paul and Bertha (Homan) Dannemiller, he was a life resident of Doylestown. A veteran of the U. S. Army, Armored Division, serving in Germany from 1958 to 1960, he married Elaine Swartz on October 26, 1957 and was together for 63 years. They raised their children, Bob (Kathy) Dannemiller, Paula (Doug) Baer, Steve (Colleen) Dannemiller. He is also survived by grandchildren; Joshua (Tobi) Dannemiller, Sarah (Logan) Hatch, Kylie, and Kadi Dannemiller; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Price. He is preceded in death by his sister, Donna Whitehead.
Dave retired from Galehouse Construction as a bricklayer foreman with over 30 years of service. He served on the Doylestown Board of Public Affairs and was a member of the Jaycees, The Orrville Christian Church, and Growing Christians Class. While in Florida, he was the leader of the Half Bubble Club at Imperial Bonita Estates, which consisted of men and women working together to upgrade the park. He really enjoyed fellowshipping with these members.
