Florence M. Crofut

MASSILLON - Florence M. Crofut, age 87, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

She loved her family and they her.  She leaves behind her husband William B. Crofut with whom she shared 68 years together.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Billie Anderson of Orrville, Tabb (Pam) Crofut of Marshallville, Audrey (Chuck) Merkle of Dalton, and Eric (Kim) Crofut of Missouri.  Florence was also blessed with 9 grandchildren, Jeremy (Jen) Phillips, Corey (Julie) Phillips, Justin (Charity) Phillips, Zebb (Jasmine) Crofut, April (Ricky) Aspiras, Jordan (Nicholette) Crofut, Coleman (Katie) Jackson, Trent (Taylor) Crofut, Erika (Dustin) Carlyle and 16 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings Carlile (Nadine) Mishler, Phyllis Rogers, Wayne (Shirley) Mishler, Gene (Mary) Mishler, and George Mishler. Florence was preceded in death by her parents, Mearl & Minnie Mishler, siblings Carl Mishler, Eileen Lowe, Oneida Mishler, Russell Mishler, Mick Mishler and a great granddaughter Zaya Crofut. 

The family will hold a private celebration of Florence's life at Cornerstone Community Church with Pastor Tim Hull presiding over the services.
