George W. Moses Jr.

RITTMAN – George W. Moses Jr., age 76, passed away on October 19, 2022.

Born in Jellico, TN to the late George W. Sr. and Mabel (Creekmore) Moses, he was a resident of Rittman for the past three years, previously of Doylestown.  A veteran of the U.S. Army, George retired from Will-Burt Corporation after 30 years of service.  He enjoyed spending time working in his vegetable garden, playing cards, drinking a fine whiskey, and spending time with loved ones.

George is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Moses (Tony Ertola) of Akron, Tonya Moses of Dublin, Sarah (James) Atkinson of Doylestown, Ava “Ginny” (Jeremy) Boesel of Nova, Joey (Federico) Menendez of Powell; grandchildren, Brannon, Lexy, Karah, Andie, Christian, and Alex; sister, Tonie (Jerry) Musick of Ravenna; nephew, Kevin Musick; special friend, Judith Stefanko of Norton.
