DOYLESTOWN – Jere W. “Jody” Dutt Jr., age 72, passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2022.
Jody was a kind and generous man. He always thought of others before himself. He was a quiet man who, when you got to know him, could have an entire room joining along with his infectious laugh.
The happiness of his family was his highest priority. He always took the time to teach them the beauty of the Little Rascals and that there is always time for another lap on the water skis. He was with his beloved wife, Gina, for over 50 years, with whom he had two sons and seven grandchildren. Jody was immensely proud of all of them. He was a man of his faith and is now resting at peace with his heavenly family and his beloved dog, Daisy. "Watch your foot.”
In addition to his wife, Gina, he is survived by his sons, Jere III and his wife Rochelle and their children Keokee, Natalia, Abigail, and Alex, and Jason and his wife Stacy and their children Aliza, Paxton, and Morgan.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, OH, 44230 with Pastor David Tennant, officiating.
