Jolie M. Polacek

DOYLESTOWN – Jolie M. Polacek, age 54, passed away on January 1, 2024.

Born on November 28, 1969 in Montevideo, MN to the late Conrad and Anna (Bratsch) Jervy, she was a resident of Doylestown since 2012, previously of Nashville, TN.  A devoted wife and mother, she attended Doylestown United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 22 ½ years, John and her children, Kendall and Kelsey, all at home.  Also surviving are her brother, Charles Jervy of Appleton, MN; niece, Kayleigh; nephews, Kendrick, and Brady; mother and father-in-law, Linda (John) Bender of Coco Beach, FL; other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Doylestown United Methodist Church, 153 Church St., Doylestown, OH, 44230 with Pastor Carolyn Berry officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Minnesota. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
