Joseph L. Cyrus

MARSHALLVILLE – Joseph L. Cyrus, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2026 at his home.

He was born on January 15, 1952 in Louisa, KY and was a resident of Marshallville for many years. A veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the U.S. Air Force, Joe retired from the manufacturing industry.

Preceded in death by his mother, Juanita F. Cyrus; brothers, Billy J. Pennington and James Michael Pennington, he is survived by nephews, Zachary Pennington, Matthew and Jonathan Sander; niece, Aryn Pennington; cousin, Brenda Cyrus; many other cousins, and other family and friends.
