Joyce A. Newell

NEW FRANKLIN – Joyce A. Newell, age 64, passed away on April 2, 2025.

Born in Barberton, OH on March 23, 1961 to the late Richard and Helen (Rice) Miller, Joyce had been a resident of New Franklin since 2021, previously of Norton. A graduate of Norton High School, she had worked for Signet Jewelers and enjoyed collecting anything pig related.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Newell; brother, Richard Miller Jr.; and brother-in-law, Don Boggs. Joyce is survived by her son, Zachary Newell (Ariel Schutte) of Saline, MI; sisters, Diane Boggs and Tonya (Mark) Undercoffer of Norton; other family members and friends.
