Judith Ann Dakoski

DOYLESTOWN – Judith Ann Dakoski (nee Gregor), age 81, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2021.  Judith was born on August 28, 1939 to the late Joseph and Katherine (Kearns) Gregor.

She is preceded in death by her sons, Luke, and John III; brother, James Thomas Gregor. Judith will be missed dearly by her husband, John Dakoski Jr.; her children Mark (Kelly), David, Victoria (Jorge), Judith Jr., and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Kayne, Sarah, Samuel, Gregor, and Katherine; great grandchildren Kayne Jr., and Rayna; brothers, Joseph Patrick (Karen) Gregor, Steven (Louise) Gregor, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Judith was a 1957 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and later married the love of her life, John Jr. on August 1, 1959.  Her memory of great friendship, loving compassion, and immense warmth will live on in those who surrounded her.   The family wishes to thank Dr. Wenger and his team at Community Health Care, and the staff of Summa Barberton Hospice, especially her nurse Tom for caring for her in her last and most difficult months.

A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 161 W. Clinton St., Doylestown, OH, 44230 with Fr. Bob Jackson, Celebrant.  Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree or plant in Judith’s honor.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
