Julia "Kathy" K. Berenyi

DOYLESTOWN – Julia K. “Kathy” Berenyi, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2022.

Born on August 24, 1947 in Saginaw, MI to the late Steve and Greta (Wilkinson) Berenyi, she was a lifelong resident of Doylestown.  Kathy retired from B&C Machine in Barberton as a quality control manager for 28 years.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and was a lifelong Cleveland Browns & Indians fan. She looked forward to Sundays and watching her Browns play. She was also an avid bingo player at her residence. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Steve and David Berenyi.  She is survived by her sister, Veronica Hunyadi of Akron; daughters, Michele (Tim) Dobbins of Marshallville, Gretchen (Mike) Maffei of Medina; grandchildren, Logan Mast, Libby (Matt) Hathaway, Mason, Olivia, and Caroline Dobbins; step grandchildren, Ashlee (Aaron) Miller, Adam Atkinson; step great grandchildren, Remy, Drake, Luna, and one on the way; and other family and friends.
