Lenore Ann Hershberger

DALTON – Lenore Ann Hershberger, age 78, passed away on December 2, 2020. Born on March 11, 1942 in Milford, NE to the late Uriah and Edna (Troyer) Stauffer, she was a life resident of the Dalton / Kidron area.  Lenore retired from Campbell Construction Co. in Wooster as an administrative assistant, was a member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church and a long-time volunteer for MCC Connections Thrift Store in Kidron. Preceded in death by son Carl Geiser; brother, David Stauffer, she is survived by husband of 29 years, Ervin; son, Charles Geiser; stepchildren, Jewel Hershberger of Massillon, Delores (Jerome) Gray of FL, Lavonne (John) Lucero of TX, Steve (Sandra) Hershberger of Dalton; 10 step grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren; brother, Donald Ray Stauffer; sister, Marilyn May Murray; nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. A private memorial service will be held by the family at Pleasant View Mennonite Church, with Pastor Rocky Carr, officiating.  Inurnment will take place in the church cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MCC Connections, C/O Mennonite Central Committee at MCC, PO Box 500, Akron, PA 17501-0500.
