Doylestown – Mary M. Chapman, age 87, passed away on January 10, 2023.
Born on May 12, 1935 in Marshallville, OH to the late Marion and Bessie (Felix) Miller, she had been a lifelong resident of Doylestown. Mary loved going to sporting events for her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she adored her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Chapman and grandson, Kenny Tackett. Mary is survived by her children, Becky (Rick) Tackett of Doylestown, and Jeff (Mary) Chapman of Medina; grandchildren, Ami Hopkins, Jerrod (Jennifer) Chapman, Tyler Chapman, Danielle Lutz, and Jenna Lutz (Matthew Patrick); great-grandchildren, Daniel, Matthew, Maxwell, and Juliette; sisters, Jeanette Sword of Dalton and Rosine Nussbaum of Walnut Creek.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N.
