DOYLESTOWN – Mitzi Cummings, age 88, passed away on August 14, 2025.
Born on November 1, 1936 in Spencer, WV, she was a devoted wife and mother and attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Eunice (Ferrell) Tanner; husband, Charles; son, Jon Dean Woollard; brothers, Max and John Tanner, she is survived by children, Thomas E. Woolard, Charles J. Cummings, Michael P. Cummings, Susan M Ali, Francis “Dan” Cummings, Mary A. Ray, Kathleen M. Natkins, Barbara J. Bodner, Theresa A. Welton, John K. Cummings; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, OH, 44230. Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
