Naomi A. Hersman

DOYLESTOWN – Naomi A. Hersman, age 91, passed away on August 27, 2024.

Born on September 1, 1932 in Rutland, OH to the late George and Edith (Braley) Snowden, she was a resident of Doylestown for 71 years and was a member of the former Doylestown Nazarene Church. Naomi lived a wonderful life with her husband Cecil. They traveled and enjoyed many long walks and collecting things they liked, especially clocks and dolls. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her son, Mark (Joy) Hersman of Canal Fulton; daughter, Sharon Hersman Banfield of Wooster; grandchildren, Heather and Alex Hersman, David, Matt (Rea-Ann), and Mellisa Banfield (Jad Sandi); sister, Georgia (Ron) Allen; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William C. “Cecil” Hersman; brothers, Curly, Neal, Scotty, and Sylvan; sister, Lulabelle.
