Nicholas A. Knicely

DOYLESTOWN – Nicholas A. Knicely, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on November 18, 2018. 

Born on June 1, 1984 in Wadsworth, he was a resident of Doylestown.  A 2002 graduate of Chippewa High School, Nick was employed at Huber Concrete, and was much loved by the people he worked with. He enjoyed four wheeling and the need for speed, being around family, and was an amazing golfer who enjoyed the sport. He will be remembered for his outgoing charming personality with a go getter attitude who was kind of a “big deal”. He had a bright and contagious smile with a story to tell every time you saw him. In his term “so on and so forth”.  Nick will be greatly missed by his friends and family and will always leave a hole in our hearts.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Knicely and great grandmother, Olga (Mayer) Boleratz. Nick is survived by his father, Scott (Jody) Knicely of Doylestown; mother, Denise Letz of Copley; sister, Megan (Joseph) Husk of Doylestown; brother, Rory Knicely of Doylestown; nieces, Makayla Knicely and Lillyan Husk; nephews, Lane Knicely, Tucker and Walker Husk, Gavin Sehorn; grandmother, Zela Knicely of Doylestown; grandparents, Adam & Ruth Letz of Doylestown; uncles, Steve (Melinda) Knicely, Ken Letz, Dean (Kim) Letz; aunts, Sharon (Terry) Weyer, Kristen (James) Hutzell; other family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 700 Gates St., Doylestown, 44230.  Private services will be held by the family.  Burial to take place at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to LifeBanc, 4775 Richmond Rd., Cleveland, OH 44128.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
