Pansy L. Finney

NORTON – Pansy L. Finney, age 77, passed away on February 26, 2022. 

Born on June 16, 1944 in Wirt County, West Virginia to the late Birtie and Flossie B. (Menfee) Copen, she was a resident of Norton since 1969. Pansy enjoyed being a homemaker, taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rial A. Finney III; brothers, Edward and Alley; sisters, Barbara and Carolyn.  Pansy is survived by her sons, Rial A Finney IV (Sindy) of Norton, Mark Finney of Iowa; daughter, Tina Finney, Patty Finney of Parma, Kim Abbot of Kenmore; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Bucky Copen, Jesse Copen both of New Philadelphia, Pete Copen of Cleveland; sister, Peggy (Stan) Henderson of Fairbanks, AK; many other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, OH 44230 with Rev.
