DOYLESTOWN – Ronald J. Reisinger, age 86, passed away on November 24, 2024.
Born on June 1, 1938 in Barberton to the late Joseph Jr. and Helen (Farkas) Reisinger, Ron served his country in the US Marines. A resident of Doylestown since 2004, previously of Barberton and Wadsworth, Ron retired from GTE as a facilities locator. He was a member of Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ. Ron’s enjoyments were bowling, where he had achieved a couple of 300 games, and H O scale model trains.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; Son, Ronald Reisinger Jr.; sister, Carol Ann Reisinger; and twin brother, Robert Reisinger. Ronald is survived by his son, Adam (Donna) Reisinger of Barberton; grandchildren, Brianna and Caden; sisters, Patty Marinelli and Mary Jo Reisinger, both of Youngstown; niece, Jill Boggs; nephew, Todd Reisinger; many other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ, 2172 S. Medina Line Rd., Wadsworth, OH, 44281 with Pastor John Lawrence, officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to service at the church.
