Ronin Jahkai Carter

BARBERTON – Ronin Jahkai Carter, lovingly referred to as “Baby Ro,” passed away peacefully on the morning of June 14, 2023 at the age of 5 ½ months. Ronin was the happiest of babies: smiling when he went to bed and smiling when he woke up. His goofy little laugh could make anyone happy. He only ever knew love and cuddles. Leaving behind to cherish his memory are parents, Alexus Shook, and Tyler Carter; sisters, Kaylani and Ariyah Carter; grandparents and great grandparents; aunts, Amber Boswell, Taytan Shook, Rachael Fogg; uncles, Tristan Scott, Zach Scyoc, Donald Croft, many cousins, other family and special friends, Kristina and Joseph Corley, Samantha and Logan Stewart, and so many more loving friends that became family. 

Private services will be held by the family and close friends with a burial to take place at Mt. Peace Cemetery in Akron.  Memorials are requested to the family in Care of the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N.
