Russell G. Stiles

WOOSTER – Russell G. Stiles, age 79, passed away on January 11, 2022.

Born on June 14, 1942 in Akron to the late Theodore L. and Dorothy I. (Dress) Stiles, he was a resident of Wooster for the past 10 years, previously of Rittman.  Russell was a pipefitter for Local 219 in Akron and had been a foreman for Meccon Incorporated for 46 years. He enjoyed racing his 1956 Chevy Sedan, taking rides on his motorcycle, vacationing in Tennessee, and spending time with his basset hound.  He loved construction and building things which led him to building his own home.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, and a sister and survived by a brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen A. Stiles; children, Tricia Mollica (Brian Jackson), Jimmy (Thanh) Mollica, Jeffrey (Shawna) Stiles, Theodore Stiles (Christina Gieser), Jenny (Mike) Skinnell, Joanna (Corey) Metsker; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; other family and friends.
