WADSWORTH – Tami M. O’Connor, age 52, passed away on March 8, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on June 20, 1968 in Barberton, OH, she was a resident of Wadsworth for more than 30 years. Tami worked at Summa Health Therapy at Anna Dean Professional Park in Barberton and was a 1986 graduate of Chippewa High School. She enjoyed golfing with her “ladies league”, gardening both flowers and vegetables, walking and hiking, and watching Marvel Movies. Her passion was spending time with her family and treating her patients.
Tami is survived by her fiancé, Aaron Schenk; children, William J. O’Connor (fiancée, Hayley Warner), Devanne O’Connor (Brad Adamson), Blake Schenk all of Wadsworth; parents, Frank and Kathy McEndree of Doylestown; brother, Mark McEndree of Doylestown; sister, Ann (Mustapha) Mehar of London; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family; Aaron’s parents, Michael and Jeanne Schenk; Aaron’s brother, Seth (Becky) Schenk; Tami’s beloved K-9, Roxy.
Visitation following Covid-19 guidelines requiring facial coverings, social distancing and regulated number of guests in the facility will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N.
