Terry W. Steiner

DOYLESTOWN - Terry Wayne Steiner of Doylestown passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

The son of Bruce and Helen (Sungy) Steiner, Terry was born on January 11, 1966. A graduate of  Chippewa High School in 1984, he was a dedicated employee at Trusco as a Supervisor-Builder for over 35 years.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, motorcycles, and was an avid Cleveland sports fan.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Earl and Elizabeth Steiner; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Helen Sungy, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Terry is survived by his children; Kyle, Cory, Cody, and Kaitlyn Steiner and his ex-wife, Michelle (Rush) Steiner.  He is also survived by his sister, Tammy (Michael) DiStefano (nephews, Vincent (Sarah) and Anthony (Hannah)); his brother, Bruce (Robin) Steiner (niece, Samantha, and nephew, Joshua) and sister, Heidi (Douglas) Hohlbaugh (nephews, Logan and Jackson), as well as two great nephews and many other extended family members.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, OH 44230 with Pastors Carolyn Berry and Carl Dulin co-officiating. Calling hours will be on Monday at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society at donate.cancer.org.
