Thomas "Tom" Huth Obituary

DOYLESTOWN – Thomas E. “Tom” Huth, age 85, passed away on April 28, 2026.

Born in Barberton, OH on October 13, 1940, to the late Emmet and Ethel (Tuttle) Huth Jr., he was a 1958 graduate of Doylestown High School. Tom was a long-time resident of the Barberton/Doylestown area and briefly of Illinois. Tom was the owner/operator of Tom Huth’s United Auto Supply in Kenmore, OH, and later retired from Home Depot with 15 years of service. He enjoyed their dogs, Heidi and Fritz, HO scale model trains, tropical/freshwater fish, backyard ponds, and NASCAR. Tom became involved in hot air ballooning in 1972, making it a family affair, and was affectionately known as “Super Chaser”.

In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Judith “Judy” and son in-law, Mark Morlan.  He is survived by his daughters, Monica (Alex) Jonard of Sycamore, IL, Elaine Hutton (Roy Steward) of Mansfield, OH, and Michelle (Tom) Mack of Ingleside on the Bay, TX; grandchildren, Alex Thomas Jonard, Nicolas Jonard, Kyle Hutton (Casey Coriell), Jacob (Emily) Hutton, Christina Morlan, and Christian (Megan) Morlan; great grandchildren, Owen, Burkeley, Luke, Coleman and Addison; other family and friends.

The family wishes to thank Ron Pamer for being a special friend by making that telephone call every Tuesday to check in on Tom, discuss current events, and reminisce.
