DOYLESTOWN – Timothy H. “Tim” Watson, age 64, passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2025. Born on June 26, 1961 at Ft. Rucker, AL, he was a resident of Doylestown for 61 years.
A graduate of Chippewa High School and veteran of the U.S. Army, Tim retired from Goldsmith & Eggleton (formerly Barefoot Sole) as a plant chemist. He was an avid reader and fan of all thing’s sports and held an unwavering loyalty to the Cleveland Browns. In his younger years, Tim coached T-Ball and middle school football.
Preceded in death by his father, Jimmie H “Jim”. Watson he is survived by his wife of 36 years (together for 40 years), Lari (nee Emch); son, Kyle Watson of Clinton and his son, Colton; daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Jim Sims of Massillon and their children, Audra and Nate; mother, Rebecca “Ann” Watson of Doylestown; brother, Derek (Christie) Watson of Doylestown and their children Ashley and Riley; other family and friends.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Douglas Wenger and Dr. Albert Kim, and the staff of Summa Palliative Care and Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care of Tim.
