Obituary

DOYLESTOWN – Wincel E. McKeand, age 83, passed away on May 20, 2023.

Born on November 4, 1939 in Ceredo, WV to the late Benjamin and Goldie (Bloss) McKeand, he was a resident of Doylestown since 1960.  Wincel retired from the J.M. Smucker Co. after many years and was a member of the Chippewa Twp. #2 Fire Department, Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, and Wayne County REACT.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Deanna “Dee Dee”; son, Marty McKeand; brothers, Russell and Austin; sister, Doris (Ken) Miller, he is survived by his sons, Terry (Susan) McKeand of Clinton, Timothy McKeand of West Salem, OH; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jacob (Terry), Corey (Caley), Haven, R.J. (Christine); great grandchildren, Levi, Morgan, Jeremy, Bryce, Lauren, Brandon, Julian; great great granddaughter, Elaina; sister-in-law, Dolly McKeand; other family and friends.

No services to be held at this time.  Inurnment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice.  Online obituary and guest registry are available at www.zakmonbarrenfh.com
